Sachs vs Drexler

Glenn Sach’s latest campaign concerns the release of a new book.

“My latest column, Are Boys Really Better off Without Fathers? (San Francisco Chronicle, 8/31/05), criticizes Peggy Drexler's new book Raising Boys Without Men: How Maverick Moms Are Creating the Next Generation of Exceptional Men. In it Drexler asserts that father-absent homes--particularly "single mother by choice" and lesbian homes--are the best environments for boys.

In the column I pointed out the flaws in Drexler's work and warned that if her research remains unchallenged, it could become the underpinnings of a new trend in family law toward pushing fathers away from their children.

My column, which also appeared in the Seattle Post Intelligencer (9/6/05), Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (9/4/05), and the Omaha World-Herald (9/12/05), is the only criticism of Drexler's book yet to be published in major publications. “

He goes on to say that there was a book release party in San Francisco attended by the mayor, who was raised in such a household. It does not surprise me that this is emerging from San Francisco, the Gay Mecca of the United States. What does surprise me…though by now it really shouldn’t …..is that some feminazi can find enough in this painfully obvious point to spin a book out of it. Simple fact of the matter is that kids do not need a mother either, some of the most dynamic people who have ever lived were raised in orphanages.

Just because you can do something does not mean that it is desirable that you should. Canada's Terry Fox ran a marathon distance every day for six weeks on one leg. I have never heard of anyone doing anything even near similar on two legs. So by Ms Drexler's logic the thing to do would be to cut off one leg, thereby motivating you to better things. If Terry Fox had of "had his druthers" he would have druther kept his leg and stayed home.

I propose that the United States should declare San Francisco a city state, sort of like Singapore, deport all of like mind to Ms Drexler to that new city state, and observe the results of this social experiment in a contained quarantine. Why, they would not even need an armed force to defend them, those wonderful new age witches, the Halliwell sisters will vanquish any male demons who threaten their security. But what will probably happen is that Ms Drexler will get a mandarin appointment in your federal government, no matter how many of your citizens really don't want that to happen.

What this book does point out though which cannot be denied.......no ......not even by Ms Vosulunga the Queen of de Nile...is that feminism is not about gender equality, it is about the elimination of men.

I also heard that Hugoboy got married.....that’s right....to the disgust of the hardliners who call marriage “culturally sanctioned domestic incarceration”......but not to worry....when the time comes I have no doubt that Hugo will be more than willing to stay home and breast feed the baby while his potential domestic rape survivor pursues a career as a lesbian divorce lawyer.

Hugo Swyzer got married?! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who wears the balls in that household.
